20 years in project management, mostly in telecom and enterprise IT. I was part of the team that rolled out mobile networks across rural Bihar and Jharkhand in the early 2000s — that experience taught me more about project management than any certification could. I later moved into ERP implementations and agile transformations. At Jobdha, I cover the Project Management practice, reviewing reports on project managers, scrum masters, PMO leads, and programme managers. I hold a PMP and CSM, but honestly, the real skill in project management is knowing when the plan needs to change. I am into amateur radio — I have a ham license — and my family and I try to take one proper trip together every year.
